How often will my systems be serviced under the Preferred Client Maintenance Program?

For air conditioning and heating equipment, our technicians perform semi-annual precision tune-ups and cleanings—once before summer for your cooling system and once before winter for your heating system. Generator maintenance is conducted annually or every 100 hours of operation to ensure reliability and peak performance.

What inspections are included in the maintenance program?

Each system inspection follows a detailed checklist to keep your equipment running efficiently.

Here are some examples:

Cooling System Checklist:

-Inspect base pan for restricted drain openings.

-Inspect and clean coil and cabinet (heavy cleaning is additional).

-Inspect fan motor, blades, and refrigerant levels.

-Check thermostat batteries and purge drain lines.

Heating System Checklist:

-Inspect blower assembly and fan belts, lubricating as needed.

-Check for gas leaks, inspect burner assembly, and test the heat exchanger.

-Inspect flue vent system and purge drain lines.

Yes! You can include multiple systems. Pricing depends on the number of systems and the duration of the agreement.

For example:

-One Year Plan: $180 for one system, $320 for two systems, and $480 for four systems.

-Three Year Plan: $480 for one system, $840 for two systems, and $1,200 for four systems.

-Additional systems can be added for an extra cost. Please call if you have any questions.

How does the program help with manufacturer warranty compliance?

Most manufacturers require regular preventative maintenance to keep your warranty valid. By joining our program, you'll receive detailed service records showing that your systems have been properly maintained. This ensures you meet the minimum warranty eligibility requirements and avoid voided claims.
